  • Who works with a coach?

    Coaching is a leading tool used by successful people to help them perform at their best and to thereby create even greater results. Coaching Sessions are uniquely tailored to individual needs, so anyone can benefit from coaching no matter what stage they are at in their personal or professional life. All people who coach have one thing in common - a desire for more of something in any area, and they're ready to step up to another level to make it happen.

  • How is coaching different from counseling or consulting?

    Counseling essentially deals with emotional issues of the past, looking to resolve the impact these are having on the present day. On the other hand, consultants are sought out for the specific advice and solutions they provide. A coach's focus is on helping you to discover your own best, and a coach facilitates the creation of new ways of being towards cultivating greater success. The focus is always on moving forward, achieving growth and measurable results. Coaches can only work with individuals that are mentally and emotionally well.

  • In what ways can I coach?

    Coaching can effectively take place either by phone or in person. Both methods work just as well, so it's about your preference and perhaps locational logistics. I presently coach people from all over Australia and also abroad.

  • What do you mean by 'success point'?

    I view one's success point as that place of complete, authentic integration of who you are with what you are doing for ultimate congruence, balance and conscious alignment with what you most want for your life and work.

  • What do you mean by 'personal mastery'?

    Personal mastery is a sense of integrity and deep connection with yourself - who you really are and what you're really about. You acquire greater mastery through consciously working on who you are and intentionally aligning your life to resonate with that. The more you work at strengthening the 'who', the more effortlessly your life flows as you begin to operate from a solid foundation of you-ness. It is my belief that working on, and developing this solid foundation is fundamental to our ultimate and authentic happiness and success.

  • What is an ICF Credentialled Coach?

    This is a coach who has been credentialed by the International Coach Federation as having demonstrated that they have met the stringent requirements of coaching. They have received very specific coach training, achieved a designated number of experience hours, have been coached by a mentor coach and have passed a rigorous examination process.

  • What is a Discovery Session?

    This is our initial coaching meeting which enables us to establish whether we would be a suitable working partnership longer term. You'll learn more about what coaching is and how it works, together with more about the various Success Point Programs.
