Coaching has been a worthwhile and beneficial process for me. The enhanced leadership results I now enjoy as a result of the coaching process include:

I found the coaching experience quite empowering - taking time to really listen to yourself, be honest about where you are and what you need to work on, which is not a normal part of the business day unless you make it so.
